Our Team

Our founder, Diane Rich, entrepreneur and former owner of Color Media Consultants an advertising and marketing agency whose clients included the Salt Lake City Olympic Bid Committee, US Army, Tooele County Economic Development, Prudential Coleman Real Estate, SeaLand Transport, and Dick Simon Trucking. Diane has extensive experience with developing marketing strategies including website development, printing, ad design and placement, and social media campaigns.  Diane is a government contract administrator with over 220+ hours of government procurement training, she currently manages 3 GSA Solicitations.

Craig Jurgens, BS Computer Science/Program Development. Craig is the president of Jurgens Information Services and has worked in the IT industry for over 30 years. Craig is our web-gru, analytics master, and IT professional. If it can be designed, counted, or automated, Craig can do it. Craig's clients include Noble Wire and Terminal, Oregon Driving School, Oregon Tax Providers Association, and many others.

Steven Kanten, PhD, president of KCI Training. Steven has over 30 years of business communications skills training experience working with university and Fortune 100 clients including NASA, Sandia Labs, Union Carbide Bank, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Delta Airlines, and many others. Dr. Kanten has been delivering onsite workshops specializing in business writing and presentation skills training and recently released a library of online training solutions.

Zak Schwartz, PhD, a veteran clinical psychologist recently retired after 44 years of service at White Bird Clinic. White Bird Clinic was recently the subject of a documentary featured on NBC. Dr. Schwartz specializes in anger management and president of Interactional Dynamics. Dr. Schwartz has in depth experience delivering workshops to clients such as Weyerhaeuser, Oregon DHS, and many others. Dr. Schwartz developed the emergency conflict interactional processes used by the well-known County Fair held in Veneta, Oregon. This annual event includes crowds in excess of 60,000 people. Respectfully treating attendees in the midst of anger management issues often complicated by alcohol and drug over-use, and every other situation you can imagine, allowed Dr. Schwartz's front-line experience and helped create the model for his progressive Interactional Dynamics behavioral programs.
